This stylish yet comfortable 2 bedroom property is a tastefully designed home-away-from-home located in Canton, one of Cardiff’s most loved areas, less than a 10 minute walk from Chapter Arts Centre, a 15 minute walk from Pontcanna, and a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Newly refurbished throughout, the house consists of two floors and a large garden to the rear. On the ground floor is a bright and airy living room, complete with smart TV, L-shaped sofa and original oak floor. Next door is a beautiful and spacious dining room, with black aluminium French doors looking out over a large, well-appointed back garden. Connected to the dining room via an archway is a brand new modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee machine and extra large American style fridge freezer.

Upstairs there are two double bedroom, a sizeable office room (please enquire if you would like this converted into a bedroom for the duration of your stay), and a newly refurbished bathroom. The back bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a large wardrobe unit, and a pleasant view over the back garden and neighbourhood rooftops. The light & super spacious front bedroom comes with a double bed, a small desk, a wardrobe unit, and plenty of floor space for home workouts. The bathroom is stylishly designed, with a contemporary style basin, floating toilet, black aluminium fixtures, and a shower over bath.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. All beds are kitted out with hypoallergenic bedding, whilst the kitchen is kitted out with everything you need for cooking at home. On-street parking permits will be provided, with consistently good parking availability in front of the property.
