Staying on budget
We know the importance of budget when it comes to pulling off a successful production, which is why we offer long-stay discounts on all our properties. If you’re looking for spacious, high-spec Pontcanna apartments at a discounted rate, we have what you’re looking for.
Privacy & Discretion
We take the privacy and anonymity of our guests extremely seriously. That’s why we never discuss the identity of our guests with anybody outside of the company, and why all our properties are located outside of the city centre, away from large crowds.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that production plans can sometimes change at the last minute. That’s why we’ve put together a simple and reasonable cancellation policy that gives our clients good flexibility, whilst also providing us with a certain amount of protection. Click here to read it.
Flexible Check-Outs
Shooting schedule running over? Not a problem, this is something we’re used to dealing with. We always do our best to block off the calendar for a period after your original check-out date just in case you need to extend your booking. On the rare occasions when this isn’t possible, we will always do our best to provide alternative accommodation for the length of the extension.
Securing Your Booking
Once you’ve chosen your property you can sign the contract right away in order to secure the booking, or you have the option of paying a deposit to secure the booking until the contract is signed, meaning we will take the property off the market straight away.
Christmas Check-Outs
We know that productions that span the new year usually break for a week or two at Christmas. That’s why we’ve introduced a new policy which allows clients to check-out for up to 2 weeks during the Christmas period, then check back in during the new year without losing the long-stay discount, even if the number of booking nights after the Christmas period is less than 30.
